Our Hoopla tailored shirred valance is made with a 100% cotton Waverly ® multi color print fabric incorporating a pattern of circles / rings in soft color shades of blue, green, yellow, pink, & lavender against a white color background.

Hoopla tailored shirred valance window curtains can be ordered with either a standard size 1 1/2 inch rod pocket or decorative 3 inch rod pocket. Picture left shows 1 1/2 inch rod pocket. Each Hoopla tailored shirred valance curtain with multi color fabric measures 80" wide, and will accommodate approximately 30" - 45" of window width. Measures 13" long overall. Sold as a single - one valance.
