When ordering through our web site, you can select from UPS ground, next day, 2'nd day, or 3 day select.

We ship to anywhere in the USA including Hawaii & Alaska ! Sorry, but our web site does not except orders from outside the USA.

*USA Armed Services... Overseas & Stateside - UPS cannot deliver to an APO address (military base) so please email us and we can obtain a quote for shipping your order using the US Postal Service.

We process all web site orders the following business day after they are placed online. *Note - this is not the ship time, please see shiipping information on page below.

Payment: credit card payments are not charged in "real time" when ordering through our site.

Orders for curtains, window treatments, and most coordinating home furnishings in our web site ...
* We do not process credit card payments until the day your order ships from our factory.
If your order total is $200.00 or more, we may pre-authorize the card before manufacturing the items you ordered.

Orders for Braided Rugs, Braided Chair Pads, Braided Stair Treads, & Sure Stop Non-Slip Rug Pads ...
* Credit Card Payment will be processed the following business day after placing your order online, due to the fact that these items ship from another facility other than our curtain factory.

Shipping Info

Window Toppers offers all of our customers the choice of having your order shipped with UPS using any UPS Shipping / Delivery Method, to either Residential or Commercial Delivery addresses.
For help with choosing a UPS Shipping Method, please refer to the information provided below.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

All items in our site ship within 1-5 business days - regardless of the shipping method you select. *Selecting an expedited shipping method other than ground will eliminate some of the time in transit to you.

Please see "Shipping Time" provided for each product. You will find this information posted with every product in our site.

UPS Shipping Methods

Choose your "UPS - Shipping Method" based on the fact that your order will be shipped within a 1-5 business day time period.

* Most Economical UPS shipping method is "GROUND", for either "Residential" or "Commercial" delivery addresses.

*Important Note - "UPS" can not deliver to a PO.BOX. ! Please be sure to provide us with an alternate shipping address in the "Ship To" field of the order form if you are ordering from one of these.

Shipping Information Page - During Checkout:

Below where you type in your Shipping Address, you will see a section labeled "Shipping Options". In this section you will see some helpful UPS Shipping Information which will assist you in selecting your UPS shipping method.

Our web site will show you what UPS shipping methods are available to your shipping address, along with shipping charge quotes and shipping times in transit for each available UPS shipping method... such as Ground, 3 Day Select, 2'nd Day Air, or Next Day Air.

By Default - Ground is the the UPS Shipping Method which is provided. To select another UPS Shipping method, click on the drop down list and select the UPS shipping method of your choice and then click the green "Apply" button to the right of the Shipping Method drop down list.

Beneath the Shipping Method Option Selection is a drop down list labeled "Verify Shipping Address Type". Please select the correct option where you will be asked if the shipping address you have provided to us, is a "Residential" or "Commercial" delivery address (Residential is selected by defualt, please change to commercial if your shipping address is a commercial shipping address).

Residential = "If delivery is to a residential address" (Usually a Home, or zoned residential property)

Commercial = "If delivery is to a commercial address" (Usually a Workplace, Business, or zoned commercial property)
