FRAUDULENT RETURNED MERCHANDISE CLAIMS -

Any customer / claimer who "Intentionally Damages" any product(s) manufactured or sold by Window Toppers Inc. or returns a product(s) with "Damage to it that upon inspection, obviously did not occur during the manufacturing or shipping process" for the purpose of filing a "Received Damaged Merchandise Claim" with the intention of being compensated the merchandise's Return to Seller Shipping Costs which we offer in our Return Policy. All claims determined to be so will be considered "FRAUDULENT". At this point the merchandise has been damaged and cannot be resold. Therefore, neither the claimer's product purchase cost nor the initial or return's shipping cost shall be refunded to the claimer / customer. All Returned products undergo an inspection process to evaluate the nature of returned merchandise and ascertain damage to product(s).
