This Page will walk you through placing your order with us online by providing you with Step - by - Step instructions as well as letting you know What to Expect when ordering.

First, you should know that Window Toppers offers you 5 ways to place your order with us. You can place your order online with or without credit card information, or you may phone, fax, or mail in your order to us !

If you are placing your order online, please see the help provided below.
1. Select a Color - If the item you are interested in is available in more than one color, click on the Drop Down list (above the Add to My Shopping Cart selection button) that contains a list of available color options for the item you are interested in purchasing. Select the color you would like to order this item in. (if no color choice is required - proceed to step 2)
2. Select a Rod Pocket Size - If the item you are interested in is available in with an option of rod pocket size, click on the Drop Down list (above the Add to My Shopping Cart selection button) select 1 1/2" or 3" wide rod pocket size for the item you are interested in purchasing. (if no rod pocket option is required - proceed to step 3)
3. Click on the Button labeled "ADD TO MY CART" - This will select the item you wish to purchase in the appropriate style, size, color, & rod pocket size.
4. Now you are in your Shopping Cart. - You should see the item you just selected listed on that page. You should see the Name of the item you wish to order along with an image of the item in the ITEM column. If this is not the item you wish to order, just click where it says (REMOVE) below the item name.
If this item was available in several color choices or reod pocket sizes, you should see the Color and Rod Pocket Size you have selected next to it in the OPTIONS column.
In the next column labeled UNIT PRICE, you should see the Price of the item you have selected. (This is the price per quantity of one "1" unit)
The quantity for the item you selected (by default) reads "1".
If you would like change this quantity to another number, simply click in the field where the number "1" is listed, delete it by backspacing over it, and type in the quantity you wish to purchase.
When you are done, simply click on the button labeled " Update " below the quantity column - (this stands for Update Quantities in Cart), and is seen just below the Quantity column in your Shopping Cart.
For most items in our web site, we have supplied you with a list of up to 3 coordinating or similar items that match your last selection, to save you the trouble of having to go back into the web site to find a coordinating item, such as a Valance, Top Treatment, or the next Larger or Smaller size.
These items can be seen below your Shopping Cart window. If you are interested in purchasing one of these items also, simply click on the "Order" button next to the Name of the coordinating item. This will bring you directly to the correct page for the coordinating item which you are interested in.
In the lower portion of your Shopping Cart Window, you should see the Subtotal for your order. This is the total $ amount of the items you are ordering, not including your UPS shipping charge.
5. Checkout - If all the information in your Shopping Cart looks good to you, and you are done shopping, it's time to proceed to Checkout.
If you would like to continue shopping at our site, just click on the "Keep Shopping" Link on the lower left side of your shopping cart window.
Simply Click on the button labeled "Check Out" in the lower right side of your shopping cart.
This brings you to the Check Out area, where you will provide us with your billing and shipping address, choose a shipping method, and make your selection to either provide us with your credit card information with your order, or choose to place your order online and phone your credit card information into us separately.

You are now in the check out area which is hosted on Yahoo!'s Secure web server. Your information is being protected by 128 bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology.
In your web browser you should see a Yellow Padlock image. This signifies a Secure connection to Yahoo!'s Secure Web Server. You should also take notice that the web address in the address bar of your browser now starts with the letters "https", instead of just "http". The letter "s" at the end of "https" signifies this address is on a secure server connection. All the information you enter from here on out will be protected by Yahoo!'s state of the art SSL (Secure Socket Layer) 128 bit encryption technology.
6. Shipping Information
Shipping Address:
Your first step at Check Out is to type in the Your Name and your address which you would like your order to be Shipped to.
Shipping Method:
Next, you will want to choose a UPS Shipping Method from the Choose a Shipping Method drop down list. By default, UPS Ground Residential is the first option (most popular). If you would like your order shipped using any other UPS method, you must select your desired shipping method here from the drop down list.
*UPS REAL TIME Shipping Quotes - If you click the apply button to the right of your selected UPS shipping method, you will be provided with a UPS real time quote of the estimated shipping charges for all UPS shipping methods to your shipping address which you have provided above. At this time you can change your shipping method to any of the UPS shipping methods provided in the drop down list.
Verify Shipping Address Type:
Please Verify the type of shipping address which your order is being shipped to from the drop down list.
Please Select if this is a... Residential (Home) Shipping Address or Commercial (Business) Shipping Address.
Special Shipping Instructions:
Please provide any special delivery instructions for your UPS driver when he delivers your order.
example - "Please leave at side door"
When this is done, simply click on the button in the lower right corner of your shopping cart labeled "Continue".
7. Payment
Payment Method:
From the drop down list, select your card type (Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover) or select to "Phone In Credit Card Info".
If you have selected a to use a credit card online with your order, you should now enter your Credit card information.
If you have selected to phone in your credit card information to us after placing your order online, please proceed to Enter your Billing Address.
Billing Address:
This is the address which matches the Billing Address for your Credit Card.
If this address is the Same as your Shipping Address which you have already entered, proceed to type in your email address.
Email Address:
Your email address is an important item - please make sure you have typed it in correctly.
Window Toppers uses your email address to email you your order confirmation, your shipment notification, & to contact you if we should encounter any problems processing your order.
Coupon Code:
If you have received a coupon code in any promotional email or web advertisements that Window Toppers has ongoing, please enter this code in the field labeled "Coupon Code".
Comments:
Please feel at ease to share any comments about your shopping experience at our web site.
When you are done, simply click on the "Continue" button in the lower right side of your shopping cart..
8. Review Your Order - At this point you have entered all the information you need to. Please review the items you have ordered, UPS Shipping Method, Billing & Shipping Addresses, & Payment Info you have provided in your order to be sure that is correct.
9. Submit your order to us... Click on the "SEND ORDER" button.
DO NOT FORGET TO CLICK THE SUBMIT / SEND ORDER BUTTON !
This finalizes and sends your order to us.
10. Your Order Confirmation... If you would like, you can print a copy of this order confirmation for your records.
Another copy is being emailed to you momentarily.

12. Check Your Email for Order Confirmation - If your order was received at WindowToppers.com without any problems, you should have received an email "Order Confirmation" from our web site. This email will contain a copy of your order (without your credit card information) for you to review.
This email will also contain your own personal order # example : windowtoppers - 65234
You will also see be provided with instructions and a Link for you to click on to Check the Shipping Status of your Order.
13. Shipment Notification - On the day that your order has been shipped from our factory, you will receive a "Shipment Notification" email from us.
This email is to notify you that your order has been shipped from our factory. It will also provide you with your UPS TRACKING # and instructions for tracking the shipment of your order.
You can use this UPS tracking # to track the Shipment of your order, and review scheduled delivery dates, times in transit, and present location.
*Click on the Order Status Link in your email.
When you have been directed to your order status screen, select to track the shipment of your order with UPS.
